We are huge fans of our Cold Brew blend.
We use a Hario Mitzudashi 1000ml Cold Brew pot to brew, 100g coarsely ground coffee to 1000ml of filtered water @18-36h in the fridge.
Slightly more developed compared to our filter roast, this blend delivers a clean, crisp and full bodied explosion of flavour.
The connoisseur will easily detect fruity notes of cherry and peach driven by our Ethiopia Gale natural combined with a fruit forward chocolate "Bomba de Fruta" El Griton Colombia natural.
